पण्यादीनामशेषाणां वणिजो गृह्णतस्ततः ॥

Transliteration

dattvānyad bhūbhuje dadyur yadi bhāgaṃ tato 'dhikam /

paṇyādīnām aśeṣāṇāṃ vaṇijo gṛhṇatas tataḥ

Translation

納めた後になお、人々が土地の享受者（王）に正当分を超える取り分を強いられるなら、その結果、商人はあらゆる商品などを引き揚げ（あるいは持ち込むのをやめ）る。
