गर्ग उवाच देवानां दानवानाञ्च युद्धमासीद् सुदारुणम् ।
दैत्यानामीश्वरो जम्भो देवानाञ्च शचीपतिः ॥
garga uvāca devānāṃ dānavānāñ ca yuddham āsīt sudāruṇam | daityānām īśvaro jambho devānāñ ca śacīpatiḥ ||
ガルガは言った。「神々とダーナヴァとの間に、まことに恐るべき戦が起こった。ダイティヤの主はジャンバであり、神々の主はシャチーの夫(インドラ)であった。」
