गावश्व सम्प्रतिष्ठाप्य सेनां व्यूह्ू समन्‍्ततः: । आरक्षाश्न विधीयन्तां यत्र योत्स्यामहे परान्‌,“गौओंको बीचमें खड़ी करके उनके चारों ओर सेनाका व्यूह बना लिया जाय तथा सब ओरसे रक्षाकी ऐसी व्यवस्था कर ली जाय, जिससे हम शत्रुओंके साथ युद्ध कर सकें"

Transliteration

gāv-aśvān sampratiṣṭhāpya senāṁ vyūhya samantataḥ | ārakṣāś ca vidhīyantāṁ yatra yotsyāmahe parān ||

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「牛と馬を安全な中央に据え、軍をその周囲に陣形を組んで配せ。四方に防備を整え、この守りの地から敵と戦うのだ。」
