अग्नय: सहदेवेन सेविता यमुनामनु । ते तस्य कुरुशार्टूल सहस्रशतदक्षिणा:,कुरुश्रेष्ठ! सहदेवने यमुना-तटपर लाख स्वर्ण-मुद्राओंकी दक्षिणा देकर अग्निकी उपासना की थी-

Transliteration

agnayaḥ sahadevena sevitā yamunām anu | te tasya kuruśārṭūla sahasraśatadakṣiṇāḥ ||

Translation

ドゥハウミヤは言った。「クル族の虎よ、サハデーヴァはヤムナーの岸辺にて聖なる火々を奉じ、ダクシナー（dakṣiṇā、祭儀の謝礼）を惜しみなく捧げた。その数は十万に及んだ。」
