Prācī-diś Tīrtha-kathana

मेधाविकं समासाद्य पितृन्‌ देवांश्व॒ तर्पयेत्‌ | अग्निष्टोममवाप्रोति स्मृतिं मेधां च विन्दति

medhāvikaṃ samāsādya pitṝn devāṃś ca tarpayet | agniṣṭomam avāpnoti smṛtiṃ medhāṃ ca vindati

プラスタヤは言った。「メーダーヴィカ(聖地/聖儀)に至ったなら、しかるべき供物をもってタルパナ(奠水供養)を行い、ピトリ(祖霊)と神々を満足させよ。そうすればアグニシュトーマ祭の功徳を得、smṛti(記憶・想起)とmedhā(知慧)とをともに得る。」
