The verse commends pilgrimage to a sanctified place where divine presence is affirmed; it implies that approaching such a tīrtha with reverence and self-restraint supports purification and dharmic renewal.
The speaker instructs the king to go next to the Prabhāsa tīrtha, describing it as supreme and noting that Agni is perpetually present there in person, thereby highlighting the site’s exceptional sanctity.
