दमयन्त्याः कार्यनिश्चयः — Damayantī’s Crisis Plan and Vārṣṇeya’s Departure
नैषधाय ददौ शक्र: प्रीयमाण: शचीपति: । शचीपति इन्द्रने प्रसन्न होकर निषधराज नलको यह वर दिया कि “मैं यज्ञमें तुम्हें प्रत्यक्ष दर्शन दूँगा और अन्तमें सर्वोत्तम शुभ गति प्रदान करूँगा”
naiṣadhāya dadau śakraḥ prīyamāṇaḥ śacīpatiḥ |
ブリハダシュヴァは語った。――心より満足したシャクラ、すなわちシャチーの主インドラは、ナイシャダ（王ナーラ）にこの恩寵を授けた。「汝のヤジュニャ（祭祀）において、我は汝に直接姿を現そう。そして終わりには、最上の吉祥なる帰趣を授けるであろう。」
