Transliteration

kṣātraṃ dharma mahārāja tvam avekṣitum arhasi | na hi dharmo mahārāja kṣatriyasyātha vanāśrayaḥ ||

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「大王よ、そなたは刹帝利のダルマに目を向けねばならぬ。大王よ、森に身を寄せ、林住のごとく暮らすことは、刹帝利のダルマではない。」
