यक्ष उवाच किंस्विदावपतां श्रेष्ठ किंस्विन्निवपतां वरम्‌ | किंस्वित्‌ प्रतिष्ठमानानां किंस्वित्‌ प्रसवतां वरम्‌

yakṣa uvāca kiṁ svid āvapatāṁ śreṣṭhaṁ kiṁ svin nivapatāṁ varam | kiṁ svit pratiṣṭhamānānāṁ kiṁ svit prasavatāṁ varam ||

ヤクシャは問うた。「種をまく者たちのうち、何が最上か。刈り取る者たちのうち、何が最も優れているか。堅く立とうとする者にとって、最良の支えは何か。さらに、生み出す者・産み出す者のうち、何が最上か。」
