Educational Q&A

Single-minded devotion—expressed through worship (arcana) and reverent salutation (vandana)—is presented as a spiritual refuge that wards off misfortune and alleviates both mental distress and physical illness.

Yudhiṣṭhira addresses the Lord (bhagavān), praising the power of unwavering worship and asserting that those devoted with an undivided mind are not overcome by calamity, anxiety, or disease.
