मार्कण्डेय उवाच
The verse highlights ordered action under higher guidance: when a task affects the world’s course, it should be set in proper sequence (yathā yathā) and carried out with clear understanding, reflecting alignment with cosmic order (lokabhāvana).
Mārkaṇḍeya narrates that Brahmā, after completing the necessary arrangements, instructs Dundubhī—who has taken the form of Mantharā—about the specific actions she must perform and the exact manner in which to perform them.
