atriḥ putrān sraṣṭakāmas tān evāt many adhārayat

Translation

マールカンデーヤは言った。子らを生み出そうと望んだ聖仙アトリは、まず彼らを自らの内に保った—創造の衝動を抑え、正しく形づくられ、支えられる時が来るまで。
