न्यायोपेता गुणोपेता: सर्वलोकहितैषिण:

nyāyopetā guṇopetāḥ sarvalokahitaiṣiṇaḥ

正義と廉直を備え、高き徳を具し、万民の安寧を願う者——そのような人こそ、正しい行いを見分けるための規範となる。
