उत्तङ्कोपाख्यानप्रारम्भः — Uttanka’s Tapas, Viṣṇu-stuti, and the Dhundhumāra Prophecy

व्यवहाररता वैश्या भविष्यन्ति कृते युगे । षट्कर्मनिरता वित्रा: क्षत्रिया विक्रमे रता:
vyavahāraratā vaiśyā bhaviṣyanti kṛte yuge | ṣaṭkarmaniratā viprāḥ kṣatriyā vikrame ratāḥ ||
マールカンデーヤは言った。「クリタ・ユガ（Kṛta Yuga）においては、ヴァイシャ（Vaiśya）は公正な取引と秩序ある商いに励み、ブラーフマナ（Brāhmaṇa）は定められた六つの務めに専心し、クシャトリヤ（Kṣatriya）は武勇と英雄の事業を喜びとするであろう。」
