Sarasvatī–Tārkṣya Saṃvāda: Agnihotra-vidhi, Dāna-phala, and Mokṣa-prasaṅga (सरस्वती–तार्क्ष्यसंवादः)
tatas tadājñāya mataṁ mahātmā yathādad uktaṁ puruṣottamena | praśasya viprekṣya ca dharmarājaḥ kṛtāñjaliḥ keśavam ity uvāca ||
The verse highlights a dharmic ethic of receiving wise counsel with humility: understanding the intent of righteous guidance, offering due praise, and responding with reverence rather than ego—an ideal posture for ethical decision-making and kingship.
After Kṛṣṇa (Puruṣottama/Keśava) has clearly expressed his view, Yudhiṣṭhira (Dharmarāja), having grasped it, praises him and, with folded hands while looking at him, begins to speak.
