इन्द्रस्य पाण्डवैः समागमः
Indra’s Meeting with the Pāṇḍavas
तैश्नतुर्भिमहेष्वासैर्गिरिशुड्रमशो भत । लोकपालैर्महाभागैर्दिवं देववरैरिव,जैसे महान् भाग्यशाली देवश्रेष्ठ इन्द्र आदि लोकपालोंके द्वारा स्वर्गलोककी शोभा होती है, उसी प्रकार उन चार महाधनुर्धर बन्धुओंसे उस समय वह पर्वत-शिखर सुशोभित हो रहा था
taiś caturbhir maheṣvāsair giriśṛṅgram aśobhat | lokapālair mahābhāgair divaṁ deva-varair iva ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。その時、その山頂は四人の強弓の兄弟によって美しく輝いた。あたかも天界が、幸運に恵まれた護世者ローカパーラ――神々のうちの最勝者――によって飾られるように。この詩句は、真の卓越と節度ある武威が、驕りではなく威厳とともに携えられるとき、場所にさえ光彩を与えることを示している。
