श्रूयते बहुधा भीम सर्वभूतमनोहर: । महागज्जामुदीक्षस्व पुण्यां देवनदीं शुभाम्‌

Transliteration

śrūyate bahudhā bhīma sarvabhūtamanoharaḥ | mahāgajjāmudīkṣasva puṇyāṃ devanadīṃ śubhām ||

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。「おおビーマよ、この川はあらゆる生きものの心を喜ばせると、さまざまに語られ、広く世に伝えられている。見よ、この吉祥なる天界の聖なる河を――輝き、祝福に満ちた流れを。」
