सौगन्धिकपुष्पप्रसङ्गः — The Saugaṇdhika Lotus and Bhīma’s Approach to Hanūmān
कमलेै: सोत्पलैश्नैव भ्राजमानानि सर्वश: | पश्यन्तश्षारुरूपाणि रेमिरे तत्र पाण्डवा:,खिले हुए उत्पल और कमल सब ओरसे उनकी शोभाका विस्तार करते थे। उन मनोहर सरोवरोंका दर्शन करते हुए पाण्डव वहाँ सानन्द विचरने लगे
kamalaiḥ sotpalaiś caiva bhrājamānāni sarvaśaḥ | paśyantaḥ śārurūpāṇi remire tatra pāṇḍavāḥ ||
蓮華と青蓮(ウットパラ)が至るところに輝き、その美は四方へと広がっていた。愛らしい湖沼の姿を眺めつつ、パーンダヴァたちは喜びに満ちてそこを逍遥した——森の苦難のただ中で、法(ダルマ)にかなう束の間の憩いを得、湖水の清浄と静謐が心を和らげたのである。
घटोत्कच उवाच
Even during adversity, the righteous can accept moments of calm without abandoning duty; the purity of nature becomes a means to steady the mind and preserve inner balance for dharmic action.
The Pāṇḍavas come upon delightful lakes filled with lotuses and blue lilies; seeing their beauty shining on all sides, they take pleasure and move about there happily, enjoying a peaceful interlude in the forest.
