The verse highlights how immense prosperity and capability—born of merit, discipline, or power—can become so great that it threatens even the highest authorities. It implicitly points to the need for dharma to govern strength, so that extraordinary power does not destabilize rightful order.
The speaker describes a group whose prosperity and speed are extraordinary, likening their movement to the wind, and asserts that they could even unseat Indra from his position—emphasizing their formidable potency and the seriousness of their presence.
