कृष्णेन विदुरं प्रति आगमन-हेतु-निवेदनम् / Krishna explains the purpose of his coming to Vidura
दुर्बुद्धीनामशिष्टानां बहूनां दुष्टचेतसाम् । प्रतीपं वचनं मध्ये तव कृष्ण न रोचते
durbuddhīnām aśiṣṭānāṁ bahūnāṁ duṣṭacetasām | pratīpaṁ vacanaṁ madhye tava kṛṣṇa na rocate ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「おおクリシュナよ、我は汝が彼らの中へ赴くことを良しとしない。彼らは数多く、判断は鈍く、無作法で、邪悪な意図を抱く。かかる者どものただ中で、逆らい挑むと受け取られかねぬ言葉を汝が発するのは、我には相応しく思えぬ。」
