Udyoga Parva Adhyaya 62 — Duryodhana’s Claim of Victory and Vidura’s Allegories on Discord and Risk
ततो राजन् महायज्जैविविधैर्भूरिदक्षिणै:
tato rājan mahāyajñair vividhaib bhūridakṣiṇaiḥ
それから、王よ、(わたしは進んで)さまざまな大供犠を執り行い、豊かなダクシナー(供犠の贈与)を添えよう――威勢と正統を外に示し、名声と支持を固めるためのものだ。だが、法(ダルマ)にかなう正しい行いとは何かという、より深い問いはなお解かれぬままである。
दुर्योधन उवाच
