Adhyāya 20 — Rājadharma Argument for Paternal Inheritance and Timely Conciliation

तदप्यनुमतं कर्म यथायुक्तमनेन वै । वासिताश्ष महारण्ये वर्षाणीह त्रयोदश,“तत्पश्चात्‌ धृतराष्ट्रने भी उस द्यूतकर्मका अनुमोदन किया और उन्होंने जैसा आदेश दिया, उसके अनुसार पाण्डव महान्‌ वनमें तेरह वर्षोतक- निवास करनेके लिये विवश हुए

tad apy anumataṃ karma yathāyuktam anena vai | vāsitāś ca mahāraṇye varṣāṇīha trayodaśa ||

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「その行いもまた承認され、彼の命令どおり、しかるべき手続きの名のもとに、パーンダヴァらはこの大森林に十三年住まうことを強いられた。」
