अथादृश्यत धर्मात्मा भुगुश्रेष्ठी महातपा: । आह्वयामास च तदा युद्धाय द्विजसत्तम:

Transliteration

athādṛśyata dharmātmā bhṛguśreṣṭhī mahātapāḥ | āhvayāmāsa ca tadā yuddhāya dvijasattamaḥ ||

Translation

そのとき、ブリグ族の第一にして大苦行者、法に生きるパラシュラーマが姿を現した。最上のバラモンたる彼は前へ進み、ただちにビ―シュマを戦いへと呼びかけ、挑んだ。
