अम्बाया रामजामदग्न्यशरणगमनम्
Ambā Seeks Refuge with Rāma Jāmadagnya
न चेत् करिष्यति वचो मयोक्तं जाह्नवीसुत: । थक्ष्याम्यहं रणे भद्रे सामात्यं शस्त्रतेजसा
na cet kariṣyati vaco mayoktaṃ jāhnavīsutaḥ | thakṣyāmy ahaṃ raṇe bhadre sāmātyaṃ śastratejasā ||
ラーマは言った。「麗しき御方よ、もしジャーフナヴィーの子（ビーシュマ）が我が命に従わぬなら、戦場において我が武器の燃えさかる威光により、家臣や与党もろとも灰燼に帰せしめよう。」
