Transliteration

imaṃ hi puṇḍarīkākṣaṃ jighṛkṣanty alpacetasaḥ

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「この浅はかな者どもは、まことにこの蓮華眼の御方を捕らえようとしている――それは愚かさから生まれた所業であり、彼の真の威徳と、かかる侵害が招く重大な道義の危難を悟らぬがゆえである。」
