पारणं प्रथम प्राप्प द्विजान्‌ कामैश्न तर्पयन्‌ । अग्निष्टोमस्य यज्ञस्य फलं वै लभते नर:

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca | pāraṇaṁ prathamaṁ prāpya dvijān kāmaiś ca tarpayan | agniṣṭomasya yajñasya phalaṁ vai labhate naraḥ ||

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「初めての斎戒を解く時（パーラナ）に至り、望まれる施物をもって二度生まれし者（ブラーフマナ）を満ち足らせる人は、まことにアグニシュトーマ祭の功徳を得る。」
