स्वर्गे दुर्योधनदर्शनम् | Duryodhana Seen in Heaven
Triviṣṭapa
यत्कृते पृथिवी सर्वा सुहृदो बान्धवास्तथा । हतास्माभि: प्रसह्याजौ क्लिष्टै: पूर्व महावने
vaiśaṃpāyana uvāca |
yat-kṛte pṛthivī sarvā suhṛdo bāndhavās tathā |
hatāsmābhiḥ prasahyājau kliṣṭaiḥ pūrvaṃ mahāvane ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。「彼のために大地のすべては荒廃し、我らの友も親族も、戦場において我らが無理やりに討ち滅ぼした。さらに彼のために、かつて大いなる森で、我らは甚だしい苦難を耐え忍んだ——」
