बलं संकर्षणे नित्यं सौकुमार्य पुनर्गदे । रूपेण मत्त: प्रद्युम्मन: सोडसहायो5स्मि नारद
vāyudeva uvāca | balaṃ saṅkarṣaṇe nityaṃ saukumāryaṃ punar gade | rūpeṇa mattaḥ pradyumnaḥ ṣoḍaśa-sahāyo ’smi nārada ||
ヴァーユは言った。「ナーラダよ！ サンカルシャナ（バララーマ）には常に無量の力があり、彼はその力そのものに没入している。ガダはあまりに繊細で、ゆえに労苦を避ける。プラデュムナは己の美貌への驕りに酔っている。かくして、これらの助け手がいながらも、ナーラダよ、我は助けなき者のごとくである。」
