सम्मानयेत् पूजयेच्च वाचा नित्यं च कर्मणा । कुर्याच्च प्रियमेतेभ्यो नाप्रियं किज्चिदाचरेत्,राजाका कर्तव्य है कि वह सदा अपने जातीय बन्धुओंका वाणी और क्रियाद्वारा आदर-सत्कार करे। वह प्रतिदिन उनका प्रिय ही करता रहे। कभी कोई अप्रिय कार्य न करे
