यथा हि कनकं शुद्ध तापच्छेदनिकर्षणै:
yathā hi kanakaṃ śuddhaṃ tāpacchedanikarṣaṇaiḥ
ビーシュマは言った。「純金が、火で熱し、切り、試金石に擦りつけて精錬され真価を確かめられるように、人の真の価値と揺るがぬ心もまた、規律ある試練と検証によって明らかとなる。」
