सनत्कुमारप्रमुखास्तथैव च महर्षय: । अज्धिर:प्रमुखाश्वैव तथा देवर्षयो5परे,सनत्कुमार आदि महर्षि, अंगिरा आदि तथा अन्य देवर्षि, विश्वावसु गन्धर्व, नारद, पर्वत और अप्सराओंके अनेक समुदाय उस पर्वतपर महादेवजीकी आराधनाके लिये आया करते थे
Sanatkumāra-pramukhās tathaiva ca maharṣayaḥ | Aṅgirāḥ-pramukhāś caiva tathā devarṣayo 'pare ||
ビーシュマは語った。「サナトクマーラを首とする大聖たち、またアンギラスを首とする者たち、さらに他の天の聖仙たちも、そこへしばしば訪れた。」文脈においてこの句は、模範となる存在が敬虔の心で聖地に近づく神聖な集いを描き、礼拝を通じて神を敬うという帰依・規律・倫理的理想を示している。
भीष्म उवाच
The verse highlights the ethical and spiritual ideal of seeking the divine with humility: even the highest sages and divine seers assemble for worship, implying that reverence and disciplined devotion are universal duties, not limited by status.
Bhīṣma is describing how renowned sages—led by Sanatkumāra and Aṅgiras—along with other devarṣis, regularly come to that sacred place (the broader passage associates it with worship of Mahādeva/Śiva).
