योग–सांख्यसमन्वयः, रथोपमा, व्यक्त–अव्यक्तविवेकः

निरन्तरविशेषास्ते बहुमानावमानयो: । अब उनके यहाँ वर्णसंकर संतानें होने लगी हैं। किसीमें पवित्रता नहीं रह गयी है। जो वेदोंके विद्वान ब्राह्मण हैं और जो स्पष्ट ही वेदकी एक ऋचा भी नहीं जानते हैं

nirantaraviśeṣās te bahumānāvamānayoḥ |

シャクラ(インドラ)は言った。「彼らの間には、敬うべき者と侮るべき者とを分かつ確かな分別が、もはや絶えた。社会には混淆し錯綜した子孫が生じ、清浄も保たれない。ダイティヤどもは、ヴェーダに通暁するバラモンと、ヴェーダの一詩句(ṛc)すら知らぬ者とを区別せず、ゆえに尊敬を与えるにも、侮蔑を示すにも、差別を立てないのだ。」
