ततस्तमुपसर्पन्ति गुणा राजसतामसा: । सात्त्विका वा यथायोगमानन्तर्यफलोदयम्‌,उस स्वप्नरका दर्शन होते ही सात्विक, राजस अथवा तामस गुण यथायोग्य सुख- दुःखरूप फलका अनुभव करानेके लिये उसके पास आ पहुँचते हैं

Transliteration

tatastam upasarpanti guṇā rājasatāmasāḥ | sāttvikā vā yathāyogam ānantarya-phalodayam ||

Translation

ビーシュマは語った。そののち、サットヴァ・ラジャス・タマスというグナが、その者の性向に応じて近づき、相応の果を間断なくただちに生起させる。それは楽または苦として（夢のような、あるいは地獄のような幻視として）経験されるのである。
