Apaddharma Determination: Dialogue of Viśvāmitra and the Śvapaca
सौहदेनाभि भाषे त्वां कच्चिन्मार्जार जीवसि । जीवितं हि तवेच्छामि श्रेय: साधारणं हि नौ
sauhadenābhi bhāṣe tvāṁ kaccin mārjāra jīvasi | jīvitaṁ hi tavēcchāmi śreyaḥ sādhāraṇaṁ hi nau ||
ビーシュマは言った。「友の情をもって汝に語る、猫よ――まだ生きているか。われは汝の命が守られることを真に望む。汝が生き永らえることに、われら二者の共なる益があるのだから。」
