ब्रवीषि मधुरं यच्च प्रियो मे5द्य भवानिति

Transliteration

bravīṣi madhuraṁ yac ca priyo me ’dya bhavān iti |

Translation

ビーシュマは言った。「そなたは甘くこう言う――『今日はそなたが私にとっていとしい』と。だがそれにも理由があるのだ、友よ。私はそれを詳しく説こう、聞け。人は理由によって愛され、また理由によって憎まれる。」
