बाष्पविद्धलया वाचा राजानमिदमब्रवीत्‌ । रोषके आवेशमें भरकर उसने हाथपर हाथ दबाया और अभश्रुगद्गद वाणीद्वारा उसने राजा दुर्योधनसे इस प्रकार कहा--

Transliteration

bāṣpaviddhalayā vācā rājānam idam abravīt |

Translation

サञ्जयは言った。涙にかすれ、喉を詰まらせた声で、彼は王にこう語りかけた——悲嘆と怒りの圧に言葉は震え、戦の成り行きに潜む苛烈な真実をドゥルヨーダナに告げ始めたのである。
