स पार्थिवो नित्यममर्षितस्तदा महारथ: शिक्षितवत्् परि भ्रमन् । अताडयत् पाण्डवमग्रत: स्थितं स विह्धलाड़्री जगतीमुपास्पृशत्
sa pārthivo nityam amarṣitas tadā mahārathaḥ śikṣitavat paribhraman | atāḍayat pāṇḍavam agrataḥ sthitaṃ sa vidhvalāṅgo jagatīm upāspṛśat ||
サンジャヤは言った。ついでその王は、つねに憤懣を燃やす大車戦士として、鍛え抜かれた闘士のごとく身を翻し、目前に立つパーンダヴァに再びガダーを打ち下ろした。その一撃を受けてビーマセーナの四肢は力を失い、踏ん張りも崩れて、彼は沈み落ちて大地を掴んだ。
