Duryodhana’s Refusal of Reconciliation
yad brūyāddhi hṛṣīkeśo rājānam aparājitam | arjunaṃ bhīmasenaṃ ca sarve kuryur asaṃśayam ||

The verse highlights the ethical force of rightful counsel: Kṛṣṇa’s words are trusted as aligned with dharma and practical wisdom, so his instruction would be accepted and enacted by all key leaders without hesitation.
Sanjaya, narrating events to Dhṛtarāṣṭra, emphasizes Kṛṣṇa’s commanding influence over major figures—an undefeated king, Arjuna, and Bhīma—indicating that Kṛṣṇa’s guidance can unify resolve and action in the midst of the war’s critical decisions.
