The verse emphasizes the sanctity of a place validated by repeated divine visitation, linking sacredness not only to location but also to cyclical, ritual time (month after month) and the recognition of higher order beyond human affairs.
Vaiśampāyana describes a particular location as one that the gods and Gandharvas regularly visit every month, addressing the listener as 'janeśvara' (a king), thereby underscoring the site’s exceptional, heaven-acknowledged significance.
