भीमसेनस्य कौरवसुतवधः तथा श्रुतर्वावधः

Slaying of Kaurava princes and the fall of Śrutarvā

ततो मुहूर्तादिव तद्‌ गजानीकमवध्यत

tato muhūrtād iva tad gajānīkam avadhyata

サञ्जयは語った。「それから、まるで一瞬のうちに、あの象兵の隊列は打ち倒され、もはや用をなさぬものとなった――戦の混沌のただ中で、決断の力に遭えば、集められた大勢の威力がいかに速やかに崩れ去るかを示す光景である。」
