एवमाकारलिड्रैस्ते व्यवसायं मनोगतम् । कथयन्तश्न कौन्तेया वन॑ जम्मुर्मनस्विन:,महाराज! इस प्रकार मनस्वी कुन्तीपुत्र अपनी आकृति एवं चिह्लोंके द्वारा अपने आन्तरिक निश्चयको प्रकट करते हुए वनको गये हैं
evam-ākāra-liṅgais te vyavasāyaṁ manogatam | kathayantaś ca kaunteyā vanaṁ jagmur manasvinaḥ ||
ヴィドゥラは言った。「このように、彼らはその姿と外に現れた徴によって、クンティーの高き心の子らとして内なる決意を示し、示し終えるや、森へと旅立った。」
