Vasudeva–Arjuna Dialogue in the Aftermath of Dvārakā
न्यवर्तत ततो राजन् नेदमस्तीति चाब्रवीत्,राजन! तदनन्तर अर्जुन युद्धसे निवृत्त हो गये और बोले--“यह अस्त्रज्ञान आदि कुछ भी नित्य नहीं है”
nyavartata tato rājan nedam astīti cābravīt
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。そこで、王よ、彼は戦いをやめて言った。「ここには、それはない。」文脈においてアルジュナは、かつての武の熟達とアストラ（神授の武器）の威力に頼ろうとする試みから身を引き、得た力は常住ではないと悟る。過去の武名に執着するのではなく、変化を受け入れることこそが道であると知ったのである。
