जघान कृष्णस्तांस्तेन ये ये प्रमुखतो 5 भवन्‌ । उनके हाथमें आते ही वह घास वज्रके समान भयंकर लोहेका मूसल बन गयी। फिर तो जो-जो सामने आये उन सबको श्रीकृष्णने उसीसे मार गिराया

Transliteration

Vaiśampāyana uvāca: Jaghāna Kṛṣṇas tāṁs tena ye ye pramukhato 'bhavan.

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。その同じ武器で、クリシュナは向かって来る者をことごとく打ち倒した。彼らの手に入った草は、雷霆のごとく堅い恐るべき鉄のムサラ（musala）へと変じ、正面から近づく者は誰であれ、クリシュナによってそれで斃された――ひとたび解き放たれた暴力が、ついには身内さえ呑み込むという、宿命の不吉な顕現である。
