तत्र भारत भीमस्य बल दृष्टवातिमानुषम् | व्यभ्रमन्त रणे योधा: कालस्थेव युगक्षये,भारत! उस समय प्रलयकालीन कालके समान भीमसेनके अलौकिक बलको देखकर रणभूमिमें सारे योद्धा इधर-उधर भटकने लगे
tatra bhārata bhīmasya bala dṛṣṭvātimānuṣam | vyabhramanta raṇe yodhāḥ kālastha iva yugakṣaye, bhārata |
サञ्जャヤは言った。「そのとき、バーラタよ、ビーマの人ならぬ威力を見て、戦場の武者たちは眩み、狼狽して四方へ散り乱れた――まるで劫末に一つの時代が崩れ去る折、カーラ（時・死）そのものに打たれたかのように。」
