Chapter 91: Sātyaki breaks the elephant array and slays Jalasaṃdha
अयं पार्थ: कुतः पार्थ एष पार्थ इति प्रभो । तव सैन्येषु योधानां पार्थभूतमिवाभवत्,प्रभो! आपकी सेनाओंके समस्त योद्धाओंकी दृष्टिमें सब ओर अर्जुनमय-सा हो रहा था। वे बार-बार “यह अर्जुन है, कहाँ अर्जुन है? यह अर्जुन है' इस प्रकार चिल्ला उठते थे
ayaṃ pārthaḥ kutaḥ pārtha eṣa pārtha iti prabho | tava sainyeṣu yodhānāṃ pārthabhūtam ivābhavat ||
サञ्जयは語った。「大王よ、あなたの軍勢の中で武人たちは繰り返し叫んだ――『ここだ、パールタだ！ パールタはどこだ？ これぞパールタ！』 彼らの目には、戦場のすべてがただアルジュナとなったかのようであった。彼の存在と武威が同時に四方へ現れ、決意を揺さぶり、隊列に恐怖を広げたのである。」
