ततो मुहूर्तात् कर्णस्य बाणेनैकेन वीर्यवान्
tato muhūrtāt karṇasya bāṇenaikena vīryavān
サञ्जयは語った。やがて、ほんのひとときのうちに、その勇者はカルナのただ一本の矢に撃ち倒された—戦の苛烈な勘定のもとでは、武威と運命が一瞬で転じ、孤矢一発が大軍の及ばぬ決着をもたらすことを示すかのように。
संजय उवाच
