तदा हतासु मायासु त्रस्तो$र्जुनशराहत:

tadā hatāsu māyāsu trasto’rjunaśarāhataḥ

サンジャヤは語った。その欺きの策が打ち砕かれると、アルジュナの矢に射抜かれた彼は恐怖にとらわれた。この偈は、戦の熱の中で幻と奸計に頼る心は、揺るがぬ技と正しき決意の前に崩れ去り、直截で確かな力に対峙したとき侵す者が震え上がることを示している。
