यथा वायुर्नरव्यात्र तथा कृष्णो न संशय: । 'पुरुषसिंह! जैसी प्रज्वलित अग्नि होती है, वैसे ही कुन्तीकुमार अर्जुन हैं--इसमें संशय नहीं है और जैसी वायु होती है, वैसे ही श्रीकृष्ण हैं, इसमें भी संशय नहीं है ।। १८ ई || नदत: पाउ्चजन्यस्य रसतो गाण्डिवस्य च
yathā vāyur naravyātra tathā kṛṣṇo na saṁśayaḥ |
サンジャヤは言った。「風が—迅く、抗しがたく、遍く行き渡る—そのようにクリシュナもまた然り。疑いはない。」戦の倫理的枠組みにおいて、この一句は、アルジュナの武力がクリシュナの断乎たる導きの力によって方向づけられ、効力を得ることを示し、正しい導きなき力は未完であると示唆する。
