श्रीमदाकाशमभवद् भूयो मेघाकुलं यथा । अप्सराओं, यक्षों और गन्धर्वोंसे भरा हुआ आकाश ऐसी विशिष्ट शोभा पा रहा था, मानो उसमें मेघोंकी घटा घिर आयी हो
śrīmad ākāśam abhavad bhūyo meghākulaṃ yathā |
サञ्जयは言った。「再び天空は壮麗となり、あたかも雲塊が押し寄せたかのように、びっしりと満ちた。アプサラス、ヤクシャ、ガンダルヴァで埋め尽くされた空は、ひときわの光彩を帯び、まるで大いなる雲の群れがその内に集まったかのようであった。」
संजय उवाच
The verse underscores how extraordinary, otherworldly signs can accompany decisive moments in the war: the cosmos appears crowded with celestial beings, suggesting that human action unfolds under a larger moral and cosmic order, where events are witnessed and weighed beyond the battlefield.
Sañjaya describes a striking दृश्य: the sky looks densely packed and radiant, as if clouded over, because it is imagined as filled with apsarases, yakṣas, and gandharvas—an omen-like, celestial spectacle surrounding the ongoing conflict.
