इति श्रीमहाभारते द्रोणपर्वणि द्रोणवधपर्वणि संकुलयुद्धे अष्टाशीत्यधिकशततमो< ध्याय:,इस प्रकार श्रीमहाभारत द्रोणपर्वके अन्तर्गत द्रोणवधपर्वमें घमासान युद्धविषयक एक सौ अद्वासीवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

かくして『シュリー・マハーバーラタ』の「ドローナ・パルヴァ」—とりわけ「ドローナ討伐」の章段—において、錯綜し絡み合い、万物を呑み込むかのごとき激戦を語るこの章は終わりを告げ、第一百八十八章はここに完結する。章末の詞は、戦の激化が負う道義の重みを示す。物語は見世物としてではなく、絶え間ない暴力と策に基づく殺戮のただ中で、ダルマがいかに覆い隠されてゆくかを記す記録として進むのである。
